Secondary Skills : Must-Have Skills: • 5-8 years of professional experience in software testing with a strong focus on test automation. • Hands-on expertise in Cypress • Strong programming/scripting knowledge in JavaScript/TypeScript or Java/Python. • Experience in setting up automation frameworks from scratch and scaling them across teams. • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar). • Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs). • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, Agile practices, and DevOps integration. • Proven experience in leading distributed teams, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration. Good to Have: • Knowledge of API automation (REST, GraphQL) using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar. • Experience with performance testing (JMeter, k6) or security testing practices. • Familiarity with containerization and cloud-native environments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP). • ISTQB/Agile certifications or equivalent. Soft Skills: • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery. • Clear communication and stakeholder management across business and engineering teams.
